1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on RCICdesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RCICdesk is a practice management tool for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). It provides case tracking, document checklists, client portals, and retainer management features.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must comply with all applicable laws and CICC regulations in your use of the service.

4. Client Data

You are the data controller for all client information entered into RCICdesk. We act as a data processor. You must ensure you have appropriate consent from your clients to store their information in our system.

5. Limitation of Liability

RCICdesk is a tool to assist with practice management. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. We are not liable for immigration application outcomes or regulatory compliance decisions.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day free trial is provided for new accounts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
