1. Information We Collect
RCICdesk collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, CICC registration number) and information about your clients that you enter into the system (names, contact details, immigration documents, case notes).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the RCICdesk case management service. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data or your clients' data to third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, database) or as required by law.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in encrypted databases. Documents uploaded to the system are stored securely. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to export your data. Contact us at privacy@rcicdesk.com for any requests.
6. Cancellation & Data Deletion
When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data. After 90 days, all data including client files, case records, and questionnaire answers is permanently deleted from our servers.
Client portal access remains available for 90 days after cancellation so your clients can retrieve documents they submitted.

7. Data Location
All data is stored on servers located in Canada in compliance with PIPEDA.
8. CICC Compliance
RCICdesk is designed to help RCICs comply with their professional obligations under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. The RCIC remains responsible for all professional conduct and client confidentiality obligations.
